This West Hollywood duplex underwent a renovation to reclaim its authentic Spanish style architecture.

The interior layouts were designed to host two primary bedrooms and bathrooms. Private outdoor spaces and decks were introduced, and skylights were incorporated to amplify natural light. The interior design embraced Spanish style elements through the use of arched wall details, terra cotta tiles and glazed brick.
