To anchor Fat Sal’s Studio City sandwich shop, we designed a series of undulating, polychromatic zinc-dipped steel booths. Each one appears to float—draped against black plaster walls with concealed supports— and is paired with organically shaped steel tables that echo the sculptural forms.
